Live extractor
This is what VigilIA sees
when you feed it.
Pick one of the four sources below — or paste a text of your own, or just say it out loud — and press extract. You will see underlined what the system takes to be action, date, amount and person, and below that the commitments it draws from them, each with the exact sentence that holds it up.
The sample texts stay in Spanish because that is the language the business speaks and the language the engine reads; translated inputs would demonstrate nothing.
The audio goes to api_whisper, comes back as text, and is not stored. The analysis still happens in your browser.
What it underlined
Extracted commitments
In all honesty: the analysis runs entirely in your browser on deterministic rules — a lexicon of commitment verbs, a grammar of Spanish dates and amount patterns — so none of your text is sent anywhere. The microphone is the one exception: if you record, that audio does leave, goes to api_whisper to be transcribed and comes back as text. Not one copy is kept, and it is exactly what would happen on your own server, because transcribing speech is not something a browser can do on its own. VigilIA in production adds a local language model on top of that, one which resolves what a rule cannot: ambiguity, irony, the pronoun pointing three sentences back and the difference between «somebody ought to look into that» and «I'll look into it». If something fails here, it is the demo, not the product — but we would rather show you a demo that really runs than a video of one that does not.
What happens next
Extracting is ten per cent of it.
Getting the commitment out of a text is the easy part, and everybody can do it by now. What changes the outcome is what happens during the fifteen days that follow.
It gets ranked by consequence
Every commitment enters the clock with its amount at risk and its hard date, and competes with the rest for somebody's attention.
See the clockIt chases on its own
Reminders through the right channel, follow-up with the people outside and escalation when the system runs out of patience.
See the chainIt closes with proof
Nothing is marked as done without evidence, and the evidence ends up in your repository, not in ours.

In the pilot we connect a real mailbox and a real folder for eight weeks. What shows up there tends to surprise more than any demo.
